 MODEL AGREEMENT
   FACE COVERVING UNTIL SHOOT!!!  

I. The Parties

mutual promises and agreements contained herein, the model hires the photographer to work under the terms and conditions hereby agreed upon by both parties. 

II. ​The Terms.
Photographer and Model are to arrive for the shoot at _____________(time) and___________ ______________________________________ (location). Photographer will deliver photos to the Model no later than 14 to 21 busniess days after the date of the shoot. Photographer and Model agree that the Model is in no obligation to capture or exhibit any nude or sexual act or pose during the shoot. Photographer shall provide, while providing the service, that he/she/they shall comply with the polices, standards, and regulations of the client, including local, State and Federal laws and to the best of their abilities. No editing will not be altered if so, it will be $25.00 surcharge per picture, if late it will be a $25.00 late fee. No call no show $50 .00 cancellation fee.  PLEASE DON’T CONTACT PHOTOGRAPHER BEFORE TURN AROUND!!!
